I live in Seattle and work as a Building Science Specialist at 4EA Building Science. I first moved here in 2015 to begin my job.

Self Introduction

I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2006 with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering. I then attended Texas A&M University and graduated with an M.E. in Civil Engineering (Structural)

I began my career at Walter P Moore as a Graduate Engineer in the Structural Diagnostics Services group in 2007. I left Walter P Moore in 2011, when I then worked for RDH Building Science from 2011 to 2012.

In 2012 I took some personal time off and worked outside of the industry. In 2014 and 2015 I worked as a structural engineer at two companies in the Washington D.C. area.

In 2015 I moved to Seattle and began working for 4EA Building Science, where I continue to work. I worked remotely from late 2019 until 2023 in Idaho. I then temporarily left 4EA from Feb through Oct of 2023, when I worked for other companies and was going through a difficult personal trouble. In 2024, I hope to get back on track and continue my career with 4EA.

Log of Side Effects (JOURNAL) 1/21/2024 12:20PM. Just finished lunch. Incredibly relaxed with no anxiety whatsoever. Feeling slighly dazed and drowsy. The feeling is still tolerable to focus I have no thoughts of dread, but instead feel optimistic, inspired to work & rend I’ve wanted to stay organized on schedale. The isolation, quiet, space, and freedom are more welcome each day.

What con I do to remove stress? Immediately (top 3) 1. Only review legal documents in evening 2. Go to public place for 1 hr. 2x week Apply for personal loans Return calls from recruiters - plan to leave Seattle when divorce is finalized Watch move one night a week 6. Take 30 min. walk each evening. Prepare most meals at home-take lonch daily and make night before Longer Term (top 3) 1. Live alone.

Hospital Notes 2

Continuation of my notes from my stay in the hospital. What Works for Me I was happiest and most content (the most recent time at least) from 2017 to 2019. 1 hed my own apt, lots of space and time, and wasn’t burdened by other people. My mom told me in 2018 she was getting divorced again, but she said it in such a corel and sestish way, it really set me off. As a response to my church, and thought For her her failings.

This is from my time at Harborview Medical Center Psychiatric Inpatient 5WB from 1/15/2024 until 1/25/2024 (final date TBD) Stress Reducing Ideas Remove control from others where I can. someone tells me I must do something, see if there are alternatives. if Be careful about who I give power to (Friends, romantic relationships, pal relationships). There is too much risk when someone has power over me. The “mere urgency effect” means you complete tasks first that seem more time dependent, to the detriment of tae tasks w/o an imusediate deadline.
